Scope and contact
Valtier Secure is responsible for the public website and correspondence sent to its official contact address. This page describes website brief preparation, general enquiries and technical information handling. Separate information is provided for a client engagement or any additional private service. Use the contact details above for privacy enquiries; do not send identity documents with an initial request.
Email enquiries
When you separately send an email, the information you choose to provide is used to respond to your enquiry and consider the requested service. Hosting and email service providers support website delivery and correspondence. Sending an initial enquiry does not activate a customer account, authorize a shipment or subscribe you to marketing.
Consultation briefs
The consultation form allows you to prepare a brief using your name, organization, email, optional telephone and service requirements. Validation and preparation take place in your browser; this form does not transmit your brief to VALTIER. A downloaded brief is saved only at your request on your device. If you separately email info@valtiersecure.com, your email service sends the information you choose to include through the email channel. That is separate from website brief preparation.
Sensitive information
Do not enter identity documents, passwords, bank details, holdings, precise facility locations or confidential transport information into public forms. Share information required for an engagement only through the channels agreed with your established account contact.
Shipment confidentiality
Public online shipment lookup is not connected. Shipment updates are handled through established account channels, where authority can be checked before information is shared. The public website does not display real-time vehicle positions or confidential shipment records.
Technical information and cookies
Website delivery involves technical request information such as network and browser details. The enquiry workflow does not write its contents to browser storage. Infrastructure may maintain technical access and security logs; this page does not assert a retention period or identify unverified hosting processors. Private authentication systems have separate access and session controls and are not enabled for public use here.
